Y'all. It's not a phone. It's not just a clock either.
It's a clock... that OPENS. With a secret compartment inside. Like some kind of farmhouse spy gadget. 😂
And listen — I am a treasure hunter by trade and by personality. A treasure that hides other treasures? That's not a product, that's poetry.
Okay, I Found Another Little Treasure...
This is the Abdurey retro telephone wall clock, done up in antique brown metal with that gorgeous aged finish. The dial has a Paris address and a little crown on it, the handset hangs on the side with its curly cord, and the whole thing looks like it was pulled straight out of a French farmhouse in 1923.
Except it's hiding something. The front opens up to reveal a secret compartment where you can stash jewelry, extra cash, bank cards, or other small valuables — and there are even two hooks inside for hanging keys.
Hiding in plain sight. My favorite kind of sneaky. 😏
✨ What Make This One Fun?The double life, obviously. On the wall, it's pure vintage charm — that rusty-patina finish, the riveted ring around the dial, the old-school numbers. Guests see decor.
But YOU know the truth. Behind that innocent clock face is your little vault. Emergency cash. The good jewelry. The spare key. That one thing you don't want walking off or getting "borrowed" by certain family members who shall remain nameless. 😂
It's also just a satisfying object. It has presence — at 16 inches tall, this isn't some filmsy little wall accent. It's a statement piece that happens to have a secret identity.
🌻 A Few Things I'd Want You to KnowReal talk, like always:
But can we talk about the hallway or entryway for a second? Keys on the hooks inside, spare cash tucked behind the face, right by the door where you actually need them? Chef's kiss. 🤌
It's also be adorable in a cafe, a little shop, or a home bar — anywhere that "they don't make 'em like this anymore" vibe is the whole point. And as a gift? For the person who's impossible to buy for, the vintage lover, the one who appreciates a gift with a secret? This is that gift.
🛒 Want to Take a Look?If you're sitting there thinking, "Okay Cheryl, a secret compartment behind a telephone clock is exactly my kind of nonsense," I complete understand. 😂

❤️ Cheryl's Treasure Chest Verdict
Is it necessary? Of course not. It is the kind of thing that makes a house feel like it has stories? Absolutely.
This one's going in 🪙 Today's Treasures, because a treasure chest that hides treasures is about as on-brand as it gets around here.
Until next time, Happy Treasure Hunting!
